"I cannot sufficiently express my admiration and gratitude for the work of Carylee Stone of the Stone Home Team. In hindsight, it’s difficult to admit how incredibly resistant we were to her wise suggestions regarding repairs, improvements and the staging of our home. After all, we had meticulously and thoughtfully-decorated it and we thought it was beautiful.

From day one, I knew she was in charge—probably because she repeatedly let us know she was in charge, LOL. I followed her instructions to the letter, mostly by staying out of her way and watching the transformation take place. In the end, I loved what she accomplished so swiftly and understood why it was more sellable as presented.

Then came her “launch” open house, or should I say “mad house?” I wasn’t there for it, but I remained nearby at a neighbor’s home, and the flow of vehicles was constant, with many cars in our very large driveway, and many others lined up down the street. From the beginning to the end, there was a steady flow of people. By the next day, we had two offers, and the place ended up selling for significantly more than expected.

Thank you Carylee Stone! You are as amazing as you are beautiful—inside and out! We will forever be grateful to you! Bottom line friends, if you ever need a Realtor, do yourself a favor and call Carylee, you won’t be disappointed."

"Excellence! That’s what you want in a Realtor and that’s what you get with Carylee Stone! I have used Carylee for two home purchases and wouldn’t even think of considering anyone else. Neither should you!"

"When we decided to buy a new home, we received a referral to Carylee Stone and her team from a very high-powered executive and friend whom we respect greatly. We couldn’t be any more pleased.

After showing us numerous homes in order to help us really hone in on what we wanted and needed for our family, we found the right property. Competing with multiple offers, Carylee wisely counseled us on what it would take for our offer to be accepted. Once accepted, she went through the entire sales process explaining our responsibilities and the timelines of the agreement.

She then recommended skilled vendors that would aid in all areas of the inspection process. Once completed, Carylee advised us on the best course of action. Not only did she negotiate the repair/replacement of non-compliant items found on the report, she expertly negotiated repairs we never anticipated the seller would agree to…including having an entirely new fence built.

I can honestly say that Carylee goes “above and beyond” to support her clients in every step of a transaction. Her open and honest style guides her to ask the right questions to match your goals. Carylee, while assertive, has a warm, sincere, and caring interest for her clients.

We strongly recommend Carylee Stone and the Stone Home Team. In our experience, it doesn’t get any better."

"As sales professionals, we tend to be more difficult to impress due to our high standards for quality and service. Carylee Stone’s approach to service, and her knowledge of the real estate industry, has now set the bar even higher for us. Having the opportunity to work with Carylee as our selling agent for our home in San Elijo Hills, during a typically slower time of year (October-December), there were some attributes that really stood out to us:

• Carefully assessed the value of our home and provided open and honest feedback about the condition in a non-offensive manner.
• Explained her “performance-based” commission structure and established a very high baseline she guaranteed she would reach. We would never consider a discount broker after our experience with Carylee.
• Provided recommendations to trusted and reliable vendors that could assist with property sale prep.
• Paid for pre-listing termite and physical inspections so we could be prepared and proactive.
• Rolled up her sleeves and helped with touch up painting, repairing picture holes, running to Home Goods and Home Depot, planting flowers—wow, wow, wow!
• Paid to have our home professionally staged to create a pleasant showing environment.
• Hired an extremely talented team to provide professional daylight and twilight photography and videography
• Presented a sales and marketing campaign that was aggressive and ambitious and initially directed toward “launching” our home
• Developed incredibly creative marketing materials that presented our property beautifully in print and video and created social media campaigns that really drove traffic
• Launched our property with a twilight cocktail party/event. This was the BEST experience we’ve had with and agent. She provided concise information after each open house including buyer feedback, traffic flow and gauging buyer interest
• Provided sensible explanation why she rarely uses lockboxes. Recognizing most agents are unfamiliar with the nuances of our home and development, she personally accompanied every showing in order to provide agents and buyers a thorough understanding of our upgrades, the neighborhood, and community benefits.
• Further, she was extremely prompt, patient and knowledgeable on helping us understand the real estate sales process, timeline and activities that would promote an optimum selling environment There are thousands of real estate agents we could have chosen. We are so grateful we chose the best and look forward to referring Carylee Stone to family, friends, and colleagues, and most certainly plan to use her again to support our future real estate investments as well.

We HIGHLY recommend and endorse Carylee Stone as a qualified, experienced and professional real estate agent."

"Carylee Stone represented me on the sale of my home in 4S Ranch. This was my second transaction utilizing the Stone Home Team and I couldn’t be more pleased. She was extremely professional, encouraging and responsive. Recognizing the market was shifting in favor of buyers, I had a bit of anxiety due to my financial needs and strict timeline. Carylee remained confident and repeatedly reassured me. Her unique marketing strategies, area knowledge, and phenomenal negotiation skills exceeded my lofty exceptions. She sold my home at full price and the escrow process was nearly seamless. We closed in just three weeks on the exact day I had hoped we would. If you want to sell your home quickly and for the best possible price, I highly recommend Carylee and her team."

"We hired Carylee Stone to sell our home after being wholly dissatisfied with the lack of results of another Realtor. Carylee truly saved the day. Prior to interviewing her, I had no idea we would find someone with so much passion and creativity. She really took the time to explain the processes she utilizes to bring a home to market. She doesn’t just list homes, she “launches” them. Within 24 hours, she had given us a list of repairs and upgrades recommended to get our home ready for sale. Frankly, we felt it already had curbside appeal so we were a bit hesitant, however, Carylee came in with a different perspective…the buyer’s. Her team met with numerous stagers, vendors and contractors and organized the bids for us to review. Once approved, her team managed each individual project with swift competence that only comes from experience. After the home was staged and photographed, we were sent a beautifully-produced video and it looked and felt like a different house. Her marketing plan, launch event, and sales materials were unparalleled! Carylee’s follow-up and communication was impeccable—above and beyond what we had ever experienced before. She vetted every buyer prior to showing our home and within one week, we had multiple offers above our asking price. She was professional, yet personable; direct, yet sensitive. She spent the time to get to know our family and now, having become fast friends, we consider her part of our family. Prior to listing our home, we had already relocated to Florida, so it was a monumental relief to find someone that continually reminded us that everything was under control. Carylee and her team over-delivered on every single promise. As a result, we asked for her assistance in selling another one of our properties in Miami. If you’d like to know what Carylee did for us, our response would be, “WHAT DIDN’T SHE DO?”"

"Carylee is a fantastic listing agent. She sold my home within the first week of putting it on the market. She evaluated our property and made suggestions about staging, repairs and improvements that would need to be completed to achieve our extremely ambitious asking price. She handled everything and made sure repairs were done quickly and met her high standards. Carylee’s marketing was incredible and we received multiple offers well above list price although there were several MUCH lower-priced competing properties on the market. She worked very hard and negotiated skillfully on our behalf. Our home was the highest-recorded sales price in the history of our community. We could not be happier with her results."

"Carylee helped me sell my home after I relocated to Seattle. She came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction I had with her after that was the same. She presented an efficient and effective plan for selling my home, arranged for the staging and photographs, and gave me excellent and thoughtfully-critical advice on finishing the house. Carylee established expectations up front, patiently adapted to some of my skepticism about pricing the home, and ended up doing exactly what she set out to do—she sold the house $20,000 above list price (with 5 offers); and it even turned out to be the highest priced sale in nearly 10 years! With me residing out of state, I was amazed by how smoothly her team handled the fine details. She confidently told me she would get my home sold for the most money, in the least amount of time, with the least amount of hassle and she delivered on her promises. I couldn’t be more pleased!"

"Carylee Stone renewed our belief that there are awesome trustworthy Real Estate Professionals who will sell a home in the best interests of her clients. Our experience from the last listing agent was not professional and honest, so we were very guarded about hiring a Real Estate Professional. Carylee immediately removed all of our fears and concerns. She is a take charge, knowledgeable expert who managed every aspect of marketing, staging, promoting and selling our home in record time and record price! She is transparent, caring, and is a master of her craft. I would do business with Carylee again and highly recommend her if you are looking for an outstanding Real Estate Professional. The best part is that we made a friend along the way."

"Carylee Stone was a joy and a pleasure to work with. She cares about and advocates for her clients. She has a high-energy vibe and a positive “can do” attitude. As you can see, I gave her the highest possible marks in all categories! In terms of negotiation skills she should have received excellent +. I wouldn’t be in my home today if she hadn’t gone that extra mile for me."

"I had the fortune of hiring Carylee to help us sell our home in the San Elijo Hills area of San Diego while we were living in Massachusetts. Carylee was everything we could have asked for in a Realtor. She took care of ALL of our needs, helped negotiate a HIGHER price than list price, and did everything to get the house SOLD in under 1 week. She is simply AMAZING!!!!!!! If you need a Realtor that cares...a Realtor with a mission...a Realtor who will represent your interests 100%...a Realtor who gets the work done...a Realtor with passion, focus and ingenuity....You have to hire Carylee. She is a gem...I whole-heartedly recommend her without any reservation. You will be glad you did if you have the fortune to know and hire her for your real estate needs."

"We worked with Carylee for quite some time and she was persistent in searching for our first home! We saw many properties throughout the exciting process until we finally found the “one!” Carylee has one rule of engagement....you must have fun with it! We highly recommend Carylee to find the home of your dreams!"

"We were thoroughly pleased with Carylee as our Realtor. She went above and beyond to get our home prepared and listed in a timely manner. She kept us closely informed throughout the entire sale and escrow process. Please contact Carylee if you are looking for a competent, confident and professional Realtor. We highly recommend her service."

"We have completed six transactions with Carylee Stone! Every time we work with her to buy or sell a home, she exceeds our expectations. She’s passionate about real estate and it shows in her humor, dedication, enthusiasm and attention to detail. Carylee’s negotiation skills are second-to-none and her marketing is impeccable. Carylee and her team are highly-skilled, competent professionals and we cannot recommend them strongly enough."

"We have enjoyed her professional service as a Realtor in several transactions: 1. The sale of our former primary residence, 2. The acquisition of our current primary residence, 3. The acquisition of 2 investment properties, 4. Setting up rental agreements (x3).

Through all these transactions, we have enjoyed her deep insight on the market as well as her keen advice on the appropriate strategy. She has represented us as clients with the utmost professionalism and dedication. She managed to keep a clear picture of the most complex situations and put emotional considerations aside. We have trusted her knowledge in building a sound real estate portfolio. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and plan on retaining her services for future acquisitions. "

"My experience with Ms. Stone saved me $30,000! Ms. Stone’s excellent knowledge of real estate laws, regulations and processes caught a broken hot water pipe in what was to be my new home. The day before closing, Ms. Stone checked my soon to be property and found a puddle in the living room. She knew exactly what steps to take to stop from closing until the problem was resolved. I would not use anyone else when making such an emotional and valuable life decision."

"Top notch agent!"

"Carylee Stone is hands-down the best agent I’ve ever worked with. She reined in my indecisive tendencies and guided me in a direction I would not have considered on my own. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I love my home, I love my community, I love my neighbors. I love my Realtor!"

"Having bought and sold multiple properties, Carylee was, hands down, the most knowledgeable, diligent and resourceful Realtor I’ve ever worked with. I couldn’t recommend the Stone Home Team more highly."

"Let me start by saying that I have nicknamed Carylee Stone, “The Wizard.” What she did for us was nothing short of a magical wand waving over our entire situation. I know with absolute certainty that our lives would look very different had we not gone with the glowing referral we received from a close friend.

I began the process of house looking by meeting and talking with a few Realtors who offered discounted commissions and also understood how challenging it is to purchase a house in North County San Diego with its very highly-priced market. I soon realized I was getting nowhere...literally. There was no way I was going to find our family a new home with the lack of effort, attention and knowledge I was experiencing.

Then, I spoke with Carylee. I instantly realized the value and worth of this person and have never looked back. From the very first conversation, she was IN. She grasped the complexity of our financial and family situation and right away, got to work. Before we even committed to the decision of working with her, she was researching tax programs that would help our family and provided us with resources to tackle each component of our unique situation. What she demonstrated at that moment was determination, attentiveness and care. Care for all the nuances, all the needs and all the wants. I knew I was given a gift by having her help us.

For the next few months, we were a team. Finding homes, touring homes, discussing the pros, the cons, and everything in between. It is scary and challenging and also deflating to tour homes, write offers, get outbid and try again. But who remained by our side, repeatedly telling us that our new home is out there and we will find it? Carylee. And, the Wizard did just that. She worked for us and with us to find our new home, to make sure we were represented well at every step. She was direct, honest, available and at all times, had our best interests at the forefront of every decision and every piece of advice.

To say we trust her is to put it mildly. To say we are grateful is an understatement. When she told me, “I got you,” I knew she really did. Carylee is that person. She is that person who can and does make dreams come true. Our 8 year old daughter puts it perfectly. She says, “Even though this house stuff is hard and long, just think… we wouldn’t have met Carylee if we didn’t go through it.” No truer words have ever been said!"
